26 27 28 29 30 31 | nyc subway story #3 Friday. 1.26.07 9:41 am Was getting on train with my sister.. as we are headed in there is a couple looking at us and laughing hysterically.. they said nothing to my sister and I, we both noticed it and thought it was a bit odd.. When we got on the train we quickly found out what the couple was laughing at.. there was a man on the train and he was the only one on that car.. besides my sister and I, that is.. this man was swinging around the poles.. screaming.. cursing.. hitting himself.. hitting the train walls.. total berserk!! he was on one end of the train and My sister and I were on the other end.. we both are trying not to look at him.. hoping he will not notice us.. we decide to go open the door to a connecting car.. of course the door was locked.. Sooooo.. we have to wait for the next stop to exit and get on to another car.. Of course with our luck the train gets stuck.. it was for about 5 minutes.. the man is still cursing and just going wild.. that 5 minutes felt like 5 hours... and in that 5 minutes my sister and I only had each other for support and we are whispering to each other.. making plans to get out as soon as possible.. ..finally when the train pulls into the station we exit and run into the next car.. we are laughing hysterically by this time.. and as we enter guess who we see? Yep!! the same couple, that was on that same car before us.. they looked at my sister and I ,and gave us a nod that was apologetic.. we all knew without speaking that the four of us had the same experience.. and the four of us laughed again.. we all knew why.. 2 Comments. haha! I was trying to get on and the person ahead of me just decided to stop walking even though the way was clear when he got into the train car. Well I got halfway in the door and it tried closing on my backpack. I ended up shoving him a bit to make enough room for me to get out of the way of the door.
