26 27 28 29 30 31 | dream talk theory Wednesday. 1.2.07 3:09 pm So I was talking with a friend at work... we got on the subject of dreams.. Weird because he is exactly like me with dreams... what I thought was hard to explain was actually very easy... we were talking about waking up in a dream being conscious... knowing that you are dreaming and being able to stay there for a little bit longer.. Knowing that you are sleeping and yet still dreaming ... it is a bit like astral travel, the beginning stages... spoke about recurring dreams... really unexplainable dreams.. ones that you cannot control.. and you know that you have been there before... deja vu in dreams Now because of the recurring dream I had ... he asked me what movie did I watch.. I told him this was a recurring dream and not influenced by anything.. So.. he has read up alot on dreams.. because in his dreams he has experienced the same things I do.. ... aware of 2 realities.. experiencing deja vu.. the mind knowing it is dreaming and yet has no control of the dream because the self in the dream is also conscious and aware of where it is going and what it is doing... Simultaneously knowing and not knowing... he understood it exactly... Back to what he has read about... some recurring dreams are preparations of what is to happen... the mind plays out alot of different scenarios.. so when it happens the person knows what to do.. whether it is true or not I know not.. However it is a really cool concept... 0 Comments.
